Host AmeriCorps Members

AmeriCorps members #GetThingsDone across NYC - helping nonprofits and City agencies build programs, mobilize volunteers, and engage New Yorkers in service. Learn more about how your organization can host AmeriCorps members in any of our programs.

NYC Civic Corps, an AmeriCorps program launched in 2009 by NYC Service, recruits and places AmeriCorps members to serve full time at select community-based organization host sites.

City Service Corps logo NYCCity Service Corps | Applications Currently Closed

City Service Corps is an AmeriCorps program administered by NYC Service in which individuals are recruited to serve full time at select City agencies for 10 months.

Young Adult Success Corps | Applications Currently Closed

Young Adult Success Corps is an AmeriCorps program under NYC Service that engages NYC communities. YASC Corps members will serve part-time for approximately 10 months at city agencies and Community-Based Organizations.

NYC VISTA is an AmeriCorps program in which members are placed at City agencies that are focused on lifting New Yorkers out of poverty.

NHC recruits residents to serve at community and city agencies to increase direct impact by performing public health-related direct service & capacity-building activities in NYCHA developments and surrounding communities. Learn more about becoming a NYCHA Health Corps host site.
