Opportunity Details
Generous individuals and corporations donated personalized gifts for individuals that we serve. Many do not have anyone with whom to celebrate the holidays. They might be families staying in our family or domestic violence shelters; adults with an intellectual/developmental disability; seniors with a disability; or veterans needing assistance. These heartfelt contributions aim to bring warmth and joy to those who need it most in time for the holidays.
This volunteer opportunity is to organize, sort, and wrap the 1,000+ gifts for the programs for pick up and distribute in time for the holidays!
No wrapping skills? No problem! We can put you in a different position or partner you with someone.
Date: December 7th, 2024
Time: 10am-3pm (Lunch will be provided)
Location: 463 Seventh Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10018
Notes: We will be bringing all the supplies, just bring yourselves and some holiday cheer!
