Since our inception in 2014, Communities for Healthy Food at the West Harlem Group Assistance inc. has served over 85,000 clients. We have worked to increase our capacity, partnerships and services, in efforts to uplift the West Harlem community and provide needed services. CfHF is dedicated to health and well-being of our community by providing free food, nutrition services, referrals and more. In a post-pandemic world, we are still serving over 500 individuals on a daily basis, despite having expanded our hours. We take this a sign that our presence is needed now more than ever and we are thrilled to offer volunteer and intern opportunities to those who have the same vision and passion for community resiliency.
